One medical issue per appointment
Our practice operates a one medical issue per appointment policy to help ensure that our clinicians can keep their clinics running on time and provide safe, effective care to all patients. GP appointments are deliberately timed and doctors may have a large number of patients to see throughout the day. While we understand that patients may sometimes have several concerns they would like to discuss, addressing multiple unrelated issues in a single appointment can result in appointments running over, causing significant delays for other patients and putting additional pressure on the clinician. If you have more than one medical concern, we therefore ask that you book a separate appointment for each issue, allowing sufficient time for each concern to be assessed properly and ensuring that all patients receive the appropriate level of care and attention.
Thank you for your understanding.
