Full Time Clinical Coder/Summariser

We are looking to recruit an efficient Clinical Coder/ Summariser.

A background in a similar role in a healthcare setting (Primary or Secondary Care) is essential. The role entails the summarising of notes for newly registered patients as well as the triaging of incoming clinical correspondence to determine whether GP input is required, so it is important that prospective candidates feel confident to undertake this. A very good understanding of medical terminology is required, together with first class communication skills.

The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills, be able to manage their workload to a high standard, be enthusiastic, and a team player who is able to use their initiative.

We are ideally looking for someone to work 37.5 hours per week, although this is flexible for the right candidate.

Full/Part-Time Dispensers

We are looking to recruit full or part-time enthusiastic, reliable, and dynamic individual/s to join our dispensary team at the Market Harborough & Bosworth Partnership.

The role will include dispensing, ordering of drugs and stock control across both of our sties.

You must be an NVQ2 Qualified Dispenser. Our hours of business are between 08.00am to 6.00pm with the flexibility to cover holidays and sickness.

Full/Part-Time Patient Services Advisors

We require full and part-time Telephonists & Patient Services Advisors to work in our busy reception department, working across three sites, at Husbands Bosworth and Market Harborough.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, this incorporates a telephone contact centre position and an excellent telephone manner is required plus has the ability to work as part of a team.
Duties include managing patient telephone calls, responding to enquiries and carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.

Full-Time Secretary

Due to retirement of a long standing member of staff we are looking to recruit an experienced secretary who ideally has General Practice or NHS experience in a similar role.

We are a single Partnership running our own Primary Care Network and 2 GMS Practices. The practice has very good established and friendly clinical and administrative teams.

Full-Time Care Co-Ordinator

The main objective of this multi skilled role is to work closely with our clinicians and patients’ ensuring that appropriate support is made to patients and their carers and directs them to the appropriate service to ensure they get the most suitable care.

Social Prescribing Link Worker

37.5 hours per week, full time

£24,618 – £30,615 (dependent on experience)

We are looking to recruit to the post of social prescribing link worker, to work within our Primary Care Network multi-disciplinary healthcare team, providing 1:1 personalised support to people who are referred to them by team members and local agencies.

This post empowers people to take control of their health and wellbeing by giving time to focus on ‘what matters to me’. The Social Prescribing Link Worker will build trusting relationships with people, create a shared personalised care and support plan and connect them to local, diverse and culturally appropriate community groups, VCSE organisations and services. They will also work with a diverse range of partners to provide support to community groups and VCSE organisations involved in social prescribing.

This role helps people to work on their wider health and wellbeing, specifically addressing health access and outcomes and wider determinants of their health, such as debt, poor housing and physical inactivity, as well as other lifestyle issues and low-level mental health concerns by increasing people’s active involvement with their local communities. This approach particularly helps people with long term conditions (including support for mental health), people who are lonely or isolated, or who have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing.

You must be a good listener, have time for people and be committed to supporting local communities to care for each other. You should have experience of working positively with people facing complex social and emotional challenges. You will have great interpersonal skills in supporting people, community groups and local organisations.

The post holder will work with a diverse range of people from different cultural and social backgrounds. The ability to work confidently and effectively in a diverse and sometimes challenging environment is essential. Full Time Practice Manager

Salary: £35,000 to £38,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated Practice Manager to join a single Partnership running our own Primary Care Network and 2 GMS practices that is looking to replace a retiring Practice Manager based at the Market Harborough Medical Centre.

Candidates must be conscientious, have good organisation and well developed IT skills, and be a good communicator at all levels.  Previous management experience working in a medium to large GP Practice is essential.

Reporting to the Business/Finance Manager working alongside another Practice Manager and supported by excellent administrative and clinical teams you will continuously improve the standards of patient care and assist with the growth of the business in a sustainable manner though the optimisation of existing services maximising IT capabilities.
